    During your first appointment, we’ll conduct a detailed assessment and diagnosis, followed by a hands-on osteopathy session and, if appropriate, some strength training exercises. We’ll also create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs.

  • How do I book an appointment?

  • Do you accept health insurance?

    We work with various health insurance providers. Coverage can vary depending on your plan and the services you require. To ensure your treatment is covered, please contact us directly with your insurance details, and we’ll assist you in verifying coverage and processing your claim.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

  • What should I wear to my appointment?

    Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement. You may also want to bring gym clothes for any strength training exercises.

  • How long is each session?

    Our initial appointments typically last 90 minutes. This allows time for a thorough assessment, treatment and any necessary strength training. Follow-up sessions are usually 60-minutes, but a 90-minute option is available for people with complex needs.

  • What is the difference between osteopathy and physiotherapy?

    While both osteopathy and physiotherapy aim to improve musculoskeletal health, osteopathy focuses on the body as a whole, using manual therapy to promote healing. At momentum we use the full-body Osteopathic approach within both manual therapy and exercise therapy.

  • Can I do strength training if I’m injured?

    Yes, we integrate strength training with osteopathy to support recovery. Our exercises are tailored to your specific condition, ensuring they are safe and effective.

  • Are the Momentum sessions safe for older adults?

    Yes, our sessions is safe for older adults. Our treatments are gentle and can be tailored to address age-related issues such as joint stiffness, arthritis, and mobility challenges.

  • Can I book multiple sessions in advance?

    Yes, you can book multiple sessions in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. You can also book "reoccurring sessions" which will ensure you have the same session time and day for as long as you need.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Initial appointments must be paid for by card through our online booking system. For follow-up sessions, we accept cash payments as well as card payments. Please note that all payments for initial consultations are required in advance.
